CNC Fabrication Specialist

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist/Programmer to join our team at a leading manufacturer of flexible composite technology in Ramsey, NJ.

This position offers a competitive salary of $34-$38 per hour (Direct Hire) for a 1st Shift, Monday to Friday, 7am-3:30pm schedule.

The ideal candidate will have experience in CNC Machining, Programming, and Fabrication, with proficiency in Mastercam and a working knowledge of Vertical and Horizontal Milling machines.

Key responsibilities will include writing tool paths, post-processing G-Code, and working with a variety of materials such as Aluminum, Steel, and Plastics.

Fabrication and welding skills are a plus in this role, which involves working with a Haas SL30 with bar feeder lathe and VF-3 milling machine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program and operate CNC milling machines
• Write and edit tool paths using Mastercam
• Post-process G-Code for optimal results
• Work with a variety of materials, including Aluminum, Steel, and Plastics
• Perform fabrication and welding tasks as required

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in CNC Machining and Programming
• Proficiency in Mastercam and knowledge of milling machines
• Ability to work with a variety of materials
• Good communication and teamwork skills
