We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at ICP Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on mechanical and electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance activities to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide effective solutions to minimize downtime and ensure production continuity.
  • Collaborate with production staff to ensure effective communication and coordination of maintenance activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and safety documentation.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or similar environment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with a variety of equipment and systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
