The CT Technologist at Becker Health is a vital member of our diagnostic imaging team, responsible for providing timely and accurate diagnostic services to patients under the direction of a Radiologist and departmental protocols.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing basic radiographic procedures, fluoroscopy, portable radiographic procedures, C-arm procedures, and OR imaging services.
  • Demonstrating proficiency at routine diagnostic CT Scanning procedures, including CT of head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis extremities, and biopsy/drainage procedures.
  • Knowledge of processing CT systems, surgical/sterile procedures, studies with or without contrast media, and cross-sectional anatomy.

Requirements include:

  • Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT).
  • Licensure in New Mexico.
