Key Responsibilities:

As an Education Program Specialist, your duties will include:

  • Assessing documentation to ensure compliance with Board policies and regulations.
  • Reviewing contract amendments for adherence to Board standards.
  • Visiting charter schools to evaluate compliance.
  • Generating detailed reports for schools under the Board's jurisdiction.
  • Preparing presentation materials for the Board and relevant stakeholders.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with charter operators to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Traveling statewide as necessary, including occasional overnight trips.
