Required Qualifications:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and assist students in setting educational and vocational goals.
  • Maintain accurate daily attendance records and document student absences appropriately.
  • Develop and submit comprehensive learning documentation and course syllabi to the program director for all assigned courses.
  • Stay updated with current textbooks, classroom materials, teaching aids, and methodologies, revising course content and teaching strategies as necessary to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
  • Prepare and submit all required student-related documentation, including evaluations and attendance rosters, in accordance with established timelines.
  • Complete and submit all staff-related forms, including teaching contracts and professional development requests, in a timely manner.
  • Promptly inform the program director of any support services required by students, ensuring confidentiality in all discussions regarding students and college matters.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of and comply with the institution's mission, procedures, and regulations, keeping the program director informed of instructional activities and any potential issues.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and core values while executing responsibilities.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with individuals at all levels within the educational environment.

Physical Demands, Working Conditions, and Physical Effort

This position primarily involves sedentary work, requiring minimal physical exertion. Tasks may involve sitting for extended periods, with occasional walking or standing. Positions in this category typically necessitate talking, hearing, seeing, grasping, and repetitive motions. The work environment is generally free from unpleasant conditions or hazards.

Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution is mandatory, with a Master's degree preferred. Proven experience in the relevant industry along with demonstrated teaching or training experience is essential.
