Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Server Assistant to join our team at Kona Grill. As a Server Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Focus: Deliver exceptional guest service by being attentive, friendly, and responsive to customer needs.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with the Service team to maintain high-quality standards of customer service and ensure a smooth dining experience.
  • Time Management: Effectively manage your time to ensure prompt service, accurate orders, and efficient table management.
  • Menu Knowledge: Possess a thorough understanding of our menu offerings and be able to make recommendations to guests.
  • Food Service: Ensure accurate and timely delivery of food and beverages to guests, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Table Management: Clear and reset tables in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for guests.
Requirements
  • Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Time Management: Demonstrate effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Language Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to speak and write in English.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to exert a well-paced mobility for periods up to 8 hours, maintaining a fun and positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment.
