Job Title: 3PL Coordinator

At Ingram Content Group, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented 3PL Coordinator to join our Operations team in Chambersburg, PA.

Job Summary:

The 3PL Coordinator will be responsible for performing various duties related to receiving, quality control, and shipping of books and other materials. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments of books and other materials
  • Perform quality control checks on received items
  • Pick and pack orders using the PKMS system
  • Stock shelves and verify title locations
  • Enter and move shipments as needed
  • Verify data in specified locations, including customer orders, titles, and locations
  • Schedule shipments with carriers according to requirements set forth by ILG Transportation
  • Respond to customer inquiries and communicate with carriers on a daily basis
  • Troubleshoot and solve problems with IPS work orders
  • Communicate specific directions to all parties involved in expediting orders
  • Track shipping schedule status and update IPS Transportation Link
  • Communicate special IPS requirements with Operations Leadership
  • Verify International orders and documentation for compliance
  • Convert weights from pounds to metric to ensure accurate shipping
  • Initiate and monitor corrective action to ensure shipments meet timelines
  • Review the status of cartons (actual vs. estimated) in PKMS
  • Generate bills of lading
  • Verify shipment documentation matches product on the dock
  • Assemble required documentation for all shipments
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of warehouse operations experience
  • 6 months of work experience that includes walking, standing, lifting/carrying, pushing/pulling, gripping/grasping, bending, squatting/kneeling, twisting/turning, reaching above shoulders, and typing/keyboard
