Position Overview

Hyperlogistics Group, Inc., a prominent 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) provider specializing in Warehousing & Distribution Services, is seeking a skilled First Shift Warehouse Supervisor for our operational facilities. This role is designated for the first shift, running Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional weekend and overtime opportunities.

Compensation: Starting pay is $26.00 per hour.

This is a full-time position that includes a comprehensive benefits package featuring: Major Medical, Dental, Vision, Voluntary Life Insurance, Short Term and Long Term Disability, 64 hours of paid sick leave, 80 hours of paid vacation, 8 paid holidays, and tuition reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse supervision.
  • Operate in ambient temperature environments.
  • Act as a working supervisor, dedicating 80% of time to operating forklifts for unloading, picking, and loading trailers as necessary.
  • Oversee a team of 1 to 4 associates.
  • Ensure customer requirements and deadlines are consistently met.
  • Adhere to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Maintain compliance with company safety protocols.
  • Manage productivity metrics effectively.
  • Track and document customer revenue per hour for each facility.
  • Conduct cycle counts of inventory.
  • Follow food safety regulations for product handling.
  • Responsible for opening and closing the facility.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Demonstrate a stable work history.
  • Possess reliable transportation.
  • Experience operating Standup Forklifts, Reach Trucks, and Cherry Pickers.
  • Must successfully complete an equipment skills assessment on Crown equipment.
  • Pass a background check and drug screening.
