We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavioral Health Therapist to join our team at evolvedMD. As a key member of our collaborative care team, you will work closely with Primary Care Providers to provide best-in-class mental health services to patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients with mental health, substance use, and physical health problems
- Collaborate with Primary Care Providers to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and treatment outcomes
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in behavioral health
- Master's degree in clinical behavioral health field, such as social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, etc.
- Active license and in good standing with the Utah Department of Commerce Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing (DOPL) or the ability to gain reciprocity within 90 days of hire
- Clinical experience as a counselor, therapist, or social worker with patients who have co-occurring mental health, substance use, and physical health problems
- Competitive salary range: $60,000 - $85,000 annually (DOE and License)
- Associate license salary range: $60,000 to $75,000 annually (DOE)
- Independent license salary range: $70,000 to $85,000 annually (DOE)
- $5K sign on bonus: 1/2 awarded at the six-month mark; final payment after one year of employment
- Automatic $5K salary increase after year one of participating in leadership program with an investment up to $10,000 following program completion after year two
- Quarterly bonuses driven by self-care and professional development
- $1,200 annual technology allowance
- 401(k) company match up to 3%
