Job Title: Regeneration Operator

We are seeking a skilled Regeneration Operator to join our team at a premier water solutions company in Pasadena, TX.

Job Summary:

The Regeneration Operator will be responsible for regenerating ion exchange resins and other filtration media, preparing mobile filtration units, and performing quality control checks. The ideal candidate will have experience in plant operations or water treatment, be familiar with handling chemicals, and be comfortable operating a forklift.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Regenerate ion exchange resins and other filtration media
  • Prepare mobile filtration units, including proper resin loading, equipment checks, and test kits
  • Perform quality control checks on mobile units prior to dispatch
  • Handle chemicals as part of the regeneration process, oversee chemical vendor offloading and transfers
  • Operate a forklift for resin loading and equipment movement
Requirements:
  • Experience in plant operations or water treatment (preferred)
  • Familiarity with handling chemicals such as NaOH, HCL, and NaCL
  • Comfortable operating a forklift (6+ months experience)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality control checks
