Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at the Detroit Medical Center. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing direct clinical patient care and supervising staff to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis
  • Supervise staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated
  • Support the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
  • Manage resources related to patient care

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Experience in a clinical setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
