Job Summary:

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a skilled Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents, associates, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Thoroughly clean all assigned resident apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas, to ensure a high level of cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Laundry and Linen Management: Maintain a clean laundry room, store chemicals properly, and ensure that resident laundry is washed, dried, and folded in a timely manner.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Clean and maintain common areas, including elevators, halls, landings, stairs, resident activity areas, lobbies, and model units.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Experience: Experience in cleaning residential or commercial settings is preferred, but we will train.
  • Skills: Understands the practices surrounding the proper handling of biohazardous waste.
