  • Assess patients and deliver treatments in a clinic-based setting

Requirements
  • Board Certification
  • Active and unrestricted license
  • Unrestricted DEA license and dispensing license for state of jurisdiction
  • Eligibility to participate in Medicare
  • FMCSA NRCME certification preferred or willingness to obtain
