Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers throughout the buying process, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in locating merchandise, processing special orders, and providing product information
  • Ring each transaction accurately and process merchandise returns as needed
  • Maintain awareness of all promotions and advertisements, and recommend related items to customers
  • Keep the sales floor and stockroom areas clean and organized, and ensure all shipments are properly received and stocked
  • Participate in daily huddle meetings and take initiative to learn product knowledge and selling skills

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 60 lbs, and perform other physical demands of the job
