Nurse Practitioner

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their own homes.

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to travel locally to cases as assigned. As a Registered Nurse - Home Health, you will be responsible for:

• Visiting patients in their homes to provide medical care and support
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Providing education and guidance to patients and their families on health management and self-care
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• An active and current RN license in Missouri
• One year of clinical experience, preferably in home health care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
