About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance and Refrigeration Worker Lead to join our team at Aramark. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our plant equipment, including high-volume industrial washers and dryers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair plant equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Perform basic plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work to resolve technical issues.
  • Troubleshoot and solve complex problems using technical manuals and schematics.
  • Conduct regular equipment inspections and perform preventative maintenance to prevent downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in maintenance and repair of industrial equipment.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
