Job Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently in search of an Administrative Office Specialist for a rewarding contract-to-hire position. This role requires full-time presence in the office. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of one year of experience in an administrative capacity within a professional services environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings, which includes reserving conference rooms, preparing necessary materials, and sending out calendar invites.
  • Maintain systematic and current filing systems for both electronic and paper documents.
  • Input and update information accurately in spreadsheets, databases, and other platforms.
  • Welcome visitors, manage phone calls, and address general inquiries.
  • Oversee and replenish office supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels.
  • Sort and distribute incoming correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail and packages.
  • Draft and modify documents, presentations, and spreadsheets utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Assist with various administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, and maintaining shared spaces.
  • Support ad hoc projects as required, including research and event coordination.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role, ideally within a professional services organization.
  • Strong capability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members across different departments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Work Schedule:
  • Standard hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Monday through Friday
Work Environment:
  • 100% Onsite

Compensation: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour
