LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently in search of an Administrative Office Specialist for a rewarding contract-to-hire position. This role requires full-time presence in the office. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of one year of experience in an administrative capacity within a professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and arrange meetings, which includes reserving conference rooms, preparing necessary materials, and sending out calendar invites.
- Maintain systematic and current filing systems for both electronic and paper documents.
- Input and update information accurately in spreadsheets, databases, and other platforms.
- Welcome visitors, manage phone calls, and address general inquiries.
- Oversee and replenish office supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels.
- Sort and distribute incoming correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail and packages.
- Draft and modify documents, presentations, and spreadsheets utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Assist with various administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, and maintaining shared spaces.
- Support ad hoc projects as required, including research and event coordination.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role, ideally within a professional services organization.
- Strong capability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members across different departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Standard hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Monday through Friday
- 100% Onsite
- Contract to Hire

Compensation: $22.00 to $26.00 per hourBenefits: Our associates enjoy a range of benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
