We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordination Specialist for a long-term contract opportunity with our client, a prominent International Cargo firm.

We invite motivated individuals to engage in dynamic warehouse operations under supervision.


Key Responsibilities:


Manage import and export inquiries in accordance with client specifications and established protocols, including the resolution of discrepancies during acceptance, preparation, and finalization of outbound shipments, as well as the management of import documentation (delivery, transfer, and abandoned shipments).

Oversee all Air Waybills and HAWBs, ensuring precise data entry in line with client expectations and procedures.

Handle Special Cargo with care.

Initiate invoicing processes and accept cash transactions.

Conduct Service Recovery tasks (such as tracing, warehouse inspections, and offloads) and manage Airmail Handling.

Adhere to quality standards and operational procedures.

Comply with security protocols set by the client and local authorities.

Communicate with customers regarding any irregularities.


Essential Functions:

Ability to remain stationary for 50% of the time.

Occasionally move within the office to access invoices and office equipment.

Regularly operate a computer and other office machinery, including calculators, copiers, and printers.

Collaborate in an office environment.

Occasionally work under varying lighting conditions.


Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Work Schedule:
Flexible availability required for shifts from Monday to Sunday, including mornings and evenings.
