Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise production leads and finishing team members, providing guidance, training, and performance assessments to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Establish and enforce safety protocols, ensuring compliance with industry regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
  • Implement and uphold quality assurance standards to guarantee products meet specifications and customer expectations.
  • Drive initiatives focused on lean manufacturing, waste minimization, and operational efficiency enhancements.
  • Ensure adherence to 5S practices throughout production areas.
  • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and maintenance teams to address production challenges, enhance processes, and minimize downtime.
  • Oversee all production activities, including scheduling, resource management, and workflow optimization to achieve production goals and meet customer deadlines.
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, yield, and cost-effectiveness, taking corrective actions as necessary to meet operational objectives.
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with materials and procurement departments to ensure the availability of necessary materials for uninterrupted production.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field and a minimum of six years of progressive manufacturing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and training.
  • Strong knowledge of CNC Machining Operations, CNC Programming, tooling, quality control, cost management, and effective use of ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with operations management principles and safety regulations is essential.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

The hourly wage for this position is projected to be around $55.28 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on the shift worked and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package.
