Job Title: Responsible AI Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team at Unreal Gigs as a Responsible AI Strategist.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development of responsible AI strategies, ensuring that our organization stays ahead of the curve in terms of ethics and safety. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and oversee AI safety protocols.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in AI safety, risk management, and regulatory compliance. They will be able to develop and drive comprehensive AI safety strategies, collaborate with engineers and product teams, and ensure alignment on safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and Drive AI Safety Strategy: Establish a robust AI safety strategy that aligns with organizational goals, regulatory standards, and ethical principles.
  • Develop AI Safety and Risk Mitigation Frameworks: Create frameworks for risk assessment, impact analysis, and failure testing to address areas such as bias mitigation, robustness, and security.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams on AI Safety Standards: Work with engineers, product teams, and legal experts to incorporate AI safety standards into product design and deployment.
  • Lead AI Audits and Safety Assessments: Conduct regular audits and safety assessments to identify potential risks in AI models, including biases, security vulnerabilities, and unintended consequences.
  • Establish Responsible AI Practices and Training Programs: Develop training programs and resources to educate teams on AI safety, ethics, and responsible AI practices.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual who possesses the following qualifications:

  • Expertise in AI Safety and Risk Mitigation: Extensive experience in AI safety, including areas such as robustness testing, bias detection, risk assessment, and model interpretability.
  • Knowledge of Ethical AI and Regulatory Standards: Strong understanding of ethical AI principles and regulatory requirements such as GDPR, CCPA, and ISO standards.
  • Collaboration and Cross-Functional Alignment: Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, including engineers, legal teams, and product managers, to establish and implement AI safety standards.
  • Risk Assessment and Audit Experience: Skilled in conducting safety assessments, audits, and failure testing for AI models.
  • Training and Culture Building: Experience developing training programs and resources to educate teams on AI safety.
