About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Events & PR Coordinator to join our team at American Honda Motor Co Inc. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading company in the power equipment industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budgeting and Event Planning: Coordinate and manage all aspects of shows and events, including budget planning, tracking, and reporting.
  • PS&P Media Interaction: Work with media outlets to inform and promote Honda Power Equipment products.
  • At-Event Management: Manage logistics, including transportation, setup, and teardown of events.
  • Logistics Management: Coordinate transportation, pickups, and deliveries of units loaned to vendors, influencers, and media outlets.
  • Department Inventory Management: Plan and order units, ensuring timely arrival for shows and events.
  • Support at PSP Events: Provide support as needed at PSP-related events.
Requirements
  • Minimum Educational Qualifications: BA Degree or equivalent Power Equipment/industry work experience.
  • Minimum Experience: 5+ years Power Equipment experience or OEM experience required.
  • Other Job-Specific Skills: Familiarity with Power Equipment and Engines business and marketing, including overall product knowledge of the Honda line-up and competitors' products.
