Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT System Administrator to join our team at our Burtonsville, MD location. The successful candidate will be responsible for credentialling on our EMR, Credible and SAMMS systems, as well as providing technical support and training to new employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the IT team to create and maintain formalized documentation of existing workflows and processes.
  • Administer the addition and removal of credentials in Kolmac's EMRs and phone systems.
  • Manage the tracking of onboarding and offboarding documents.
  • Support and deliver on small to medium-sized IT projects at Kolmac's locations.
  • Work independently in a fast-paced environment and respond to changing priorities, multiple tasks, and demands within short timeframes.
  • Provide technical training to new employees as part of the New Employee Onboarding process.
  • Provide occasional on-site support and training as needed.
  • Backfill for general IT support when needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field.
  • Two to five years of professional experience in IT.
  • Experience with developing technical documentation.
  • Knowledge of PowerShell and other Microsoft development tools.
  • Experience in managing small IT projects in an independent manner.
  • Microsoft Excel, Word, and SharePoint skills.
