Home Health Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and supportive Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide assistance and companionship to a 21-year-old male. This assignment requires overnight shifts from 6:00p- 6:00a Thursday-Sunday, with flexible days within this range.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship.
  • Document the client's condition and notify a supervisor of any concerns.
  • Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways.
  • Participate in activities that bring joy to the client, such as puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies.
Requirements:
  • Valid Nursing Assistant (LNA) License in the State of New Hampshire.
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience working in the field.
  • Current CPR Certification preferred but not required.
