About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and highly organized Transaction Coordinator to join our dynamic real estate team. As the central point of contact for transactions, you will act as a primary support for a team of agents, working hand-in-hand to ensure a smooth and efficient process from contract to closing.
The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable managing a portfolio of transactions at different stages, a strong communicator, and leans in to collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver an exceptional home buying and selling experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Time-Sensitive Tasks: Manage and execute time-sensitive, detail-oriented tasks from executed contract to close, focusing on creating the best experience for our customers.
- Support Agents: Act as a liaison between buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless transaction.
- Coordinate Closings: Coordinate closings with the title company and lender to ensure the collection of all appropriate documentation to complete closing in a timely manner and record closings.
- Draft MLS Listings: Draft MLS listings and ensure all required documentation is received and accurate before listing properties.
- Coordinate with Stakeholders: Coordinate with various stakeholders to maintain a high level of communication and coordination.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure contract documents and amendments meet regional and transaction-specific compliance requirements.
- Monitor Transaction Progress: Monitor transaction progress and address any issues that arise promptly.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate and organized transaction files and records.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all parties involved.
- Real Estate License: Real Estate license in Arizona, Texas, Virginia, Tennessee, or Washington preferred, but not required.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in a real estate transaction coordination role.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Multitasking: Ability to multitask and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Real Estate Software: Proficiency in real estate software and MLS systems.
- Regional Knowledge: Knowledge of regional real estate regulations and requirements.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
