Accounting Professional Wanted

Prime Matter Labs is looking for a skilled Accounting Professional to join their team. As an Accounts Payable and Payroll Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the company's financial integrity.

In this position, you will be responsible for managing accounts payable, processing payroll, and ensuring accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and verify accounts payable invoices
  • Manage and reconcile payroll
  • Assist with month-end close procedures
  • Prepare and review financial reports
  • Perform other duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and collating

Requirements:

  • Associates degree in accounting or related field preferred
  • 2-3 years of accounts payable experience
  • Experience working with QuickBooks, 3-way match, and CMS
  • Strong ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
  • Excellent attitude towards manager/supervisor, employees, customers
  • Ability to perform work in a quality manner
  • Ability to follow verbal, written and oral instructions
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
