Job Summary:We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical-surgical nursing and experience working in an orthopedic setting. As a Registered Nurse in our unit, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN licensure
- Experience working in an orthopedic setting preferred
