The Engineering Operations Manager is a vital role at Marriott, responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our properties. With a strong focus on safety, security, and asset protection, this position ensures that our facilities are running smoothly and efficiently.

As an Engineering Operations Manager, you will be accountable for maintaining accurate logs and records, inspecting and evaluating physical conditions of facilities, and operating generators and fire pumps as necessary. You will also be responsible for providing emergency response services 24/7 and ensuring all employees have the proper supplies, equipment, and uniforms.

This role requires excellent communication skills, with a focus on empowering employees to provide exceptional customer service. You will help train employees in safety procedures, support a departmental orientation program, and communicate performance expectations in accordance with job descriptions.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with experience in engineering and maintenance or a related professional area. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with technical training in HVAC-R/electrical/plumbing.
