Responsibilities

Saint Vincent Hospital offers a unique opportunity for a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Day Surgery environment. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care to ensure optimal outcomes.

Position Summary

This role requires a skilled RN to provide direct clinical patient care, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care. The ideal candidate will have effective interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to serve as a role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing.

Onboarding Process

Candidates must successfully complete a background check and pre-employment health screening, which includes a drug screen.

Qualifications

Required: Graduated from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school. Preferred: Academic degree in nursing (bachelor's or master's degree).

Certifications

Required: Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy; CPR.

Tenet complies with federal, state, and/or local laws regarding mandatory vaccination of its workforce. If you are offered this position and must be vaccinated under any applicable law, you will be required to show proof of full vaccination or obtain an approval of a religious or medical exemption prior to your start date. If you receive an exemption from the vaccination requirement, you will be required to submit to regular testing in accordance with the law.
