Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Service Technician Mechanic to join our team at Quality Equipment, LLC. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex equipment issues, ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and support.Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair issues with gasoline engines, diesel engines, and transmissions, as well as electrical and hydraulic systems.

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and other preventative maintenance procedures.

  • Work closely with our service manager to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient use of time.

  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.

  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and techniques.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in heavy equipment repair and maintenance.

  • Knowledge of diesel engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment.
