  • Engage with property owners to introduce yourself, outline the schedule, discuss necessary selections, and clarify deadlines
  • Set realistic expectations with clients regarding the repair timeline and what to anticipate until the final walkthrough
  • Review project scope and expectations with subcontractors and homeowners. Document notes, upload initial job photos, and complete compliance tasks for insurance providers
  • Ensure adherence to the payment schedule and confirm receipt of payments
  • Conduct field inspections on all assigned projects as required by our guidelines

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in residential construction is required
  • Experience managing project budgets is highly preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Willingness to work overtime when necessary
  • Must be able to pass a thorough background check
