Nursing Clerk

At Option Care Health, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Nursing Clerk to join our team. As a Nursing Clerk, you will play a critical role in supporting our nursing department by performing various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our infusion services.

• Faxing and tracking of orders and plans of treatment
• Checking in documentation from Option Care nurses and subcontractors via the Reference Point Inbox
• Processing invoices and other administrative duties in the nursing department
• Assisting with the scheduling of clinical staff to visit patients
• Working closely with the pharmacy, patient registration, and warehouse to determine schedule needs and availability

• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in general office administration
• Basic level skill in Microsoft Office 2003 or later
• Experience communicating verbally and in writing to various audiences

• Previous home healthcare experience
