Job Description
As a Front Desk Ambassador at CFFNY, you will be the face of our company, responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for members and guests. You will be the first point of contact, setting the tone for an exceptional member experience.

CFFNY is a leading fitness company dedicated to providing a fun, inclusive, and results-driven environment for individuals of all fitness levels. We offer a diverse range of cutting-edge Group Fitness classes, state-of-the-art equipment, and knowledgeable fitness coaches available to help members achieve their fitness goals.

Your Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that every member feels valued and supported. Your tasks will include:

Member Experience Responsibilities:
- Greet every member and guest with a smile, acknowledging their presence and making them feel welcome
- Create a positive atmosphere by engaging with members, asking about their workouts, and showing genuine interest in their progress
- Be knowledgeable about our services, facilities, and amenities, and be able to communicate this information effectively to members and guests

Essential Responsibilities:
- Register new members, tour the gym, and enroll them in our programs
- Understand our membership types and promotions, and be able to present and sell Peak Results memberships
- Book CrunchONE Kickoffs for new members, which drives Personal Training revenue
- Enroll new members, set up their monthly dues using ACH, and secure a secondary credit card as backup payment
- Fix or update member accounts, address account issues, and collect past due invoices
- Answer phones in a courteous and professional manner, handle telephone inquiries, and schedule appointments for gym tours
- Communicate our facilities, services, and amenities to members and guests
- Sell retail items to members and guests

Requirements:
- Strong customer service orientation with a desire to help others
- Friendly and helpful attitude towards club staff, members, and guests
- Outgoing, enthusiastic, coachable, and full of energy
- Ability to work on a team and take coaching and direction from others
- Preferred customer service, sales, and/or hospitality experience
