Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team as a Piping Design Specialist. The successful candidate will coordinate and perform mechanical design engineering activities, with a focus on piping systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and modify ASME B31.3 piping systems, including equipment sizing and selection, pipe support sizing and selection, P&IDs, piping isometrics and layout drawings, and as-built drawings.
  • Generate bill of materials and scopes of work supporting procurement and subcontracts.
  • Support installation and startup of designs in the field, communicating effectively with the craft and their supervision.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with 2 or more years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of ASME B31.3 piping codes and standards.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
