Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist ARRT PRN to join our team at TriStar Skyline Medical Center. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our Medical Imaging department.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for and assist physicians in the completion of radiologic examinations, ensuring accurate positioning and exposure techniques.
  • Maintain knowledge of radiation protection and safety protocols, adhering to state, federal, and hospital regulations.
  • Administer contrast media in accordance with regulations and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals, fostering a positive and supportive environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with continuing education requirements, enhancing knowledge and technical competence to provide optimal patient care.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited education program in Radiologic Technology.
  • ARRT R.T. (R) certification or registry eligibility.
  • 1 year of post-graduate experience preferred.
  • American Heart Association BLS certification required.
