Additional Compensation:

Job Overview:
As a merchandise associate, you will be responsible for greeting customers on the sales floor, assisting them with their needs, and recommending products that align with their preferences. Maintaining the Hobbies & Home Improvement displays in an orderly fashion throughout the day is essential. Tasks may also include paint mixing and fabric cutting.

This is a Walmart-funded education benefit program available to both full-time and part-time associates at Walmart and Sam's Club locations. The program includes options ranging from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, as well as English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Walmart covers tuition, books, and fees entirely.
