About the Role

As a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Jacobs, you will play a key role in shaping innovative solutions for tomorrow's challenges. With a focus on aviation fueling systems, you will lead design efforts for civilian and military clients, working collaboratively with experts from various disciplines.

Your responsibilities will include developing detailed plans, specifications, and reports using relevant codes and regulations, as well as participating in business development activities related to aviation fueling and other aviation-centric pursuits.

To succeed in this role, you will require strong analytical, conceptual, communication, and organizational skills, along with experience with computer-aided drafting and engineering (CAD/CAE) and airfield fuels instrumentation and controls expertise.

Main Accountabilities

  • Design aviation fueling systems for civilian and military clients.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver aviation projects worldwide.
  • Develop detailed plans, specifications, and reports using relevant codes and regulations.
  • Participate in business development activities related to aviation fueling and other aviation-centric pursuits.
  • Ensure quality control and quality assurance as a fuels subject matter expert.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Registered Professional Engineer.
  • Airfield fuels instrumentation and controls expertise.
  • Computer-Aided Drafting and Engineering (CAD/CAE) knowledge.

Benefits Package: Our compensation package includes an estimated salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, reflecting your extensive experience and qualifications.
