Position Summary:

We are looking for a creative and driven Communications Specialist to enhance our vibrant team. In this role, you will be instrumental in advocating for our firm, articulating our vision, and solidifying our brand presence. You will engage in diverse projects, collaborating with architects, planners, and various professionals in the industry.

Compensation: $950 - $1300 per week

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in formulating and executing communication strategies to elevate our brand visibility and reputation.
  • Develop and oversee content for multiple communication platforms, including websites, social media, newsletters, and press releases.
  • Coordinate the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and videos.
  • Conduct market analysis to discover trends and opportunities for brand enhancement.
  • Organize and manage special events, including seminars, conferences, and exhibitions.
  • Support the preparation of client proposals and presentations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in various communication tools, including social media and content management systems.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with the capability to juggle multiple projects concurrently.
  • Familiarity with design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, is advantageous.
