Concessions Cook

We are seeking a skilled Concessions Cook to join our culinary team at Amica Mutual Pavilion in Providence, Rhode Island. As a Concessions Cook, you will play a critical role in preparing high-quality food for our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.

• Prepare food to specifications, adhering to all quality standards, health codes, and safety regulations
• Communicate effectively with the chef and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all sanitation and safety procedures
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties, as well as end-of-day inventory, in accordance with guidelines

• Ability to read and comprehend prep sheets and follow instructions
• Capacity to use kitchen tools safely, including knives and small equipment

• Must be able to lift 30 lbs or more, as well as stand and bend for long periods of time
• Manual ability to chop, mix, blend, whip a variety of foods and liquids, and operate kitchen equipment

Day shift, evening shift, holidays, Monday to Friday, evenings as needed, weekends, and event-based shifts
