Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Maintain exceptional levels of sanitation throughout the food service areas, ensuring that all items are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before use.
  • Implement and adhere to M.S.D.S. criteria, food and product safety guidelines, and Food and Beverage Policies and Procedures.
  • Remove all trash and maintain loading and receiving areas in a safe and clean condition.
  • Stock plates, glasses, pots, utensils, and pans after cleaning.
  • Clean and sanitize all food service equipment and areas.
What We Offer
