Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Inspector to join our team at King Aerospace. As a key member of our Quality Assurance department, you will be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance and inspection activities are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and direct Quality Assurance personnel to ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures.
  • Conduct regular inspections of aircraft and maintenance activities to identify and address any non-compliance issues.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that all maintenance and inspection activities meet regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all operations are in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform facility audits to ensure that all maintenance and inspection activities are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of aviation experience, including 5 years as a Chief Inspector or Quality Supervisor.
  • Current FAA Airframe and Power Plant (A&P) license and FAA Inspection Authorization (IA) required.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to interpret diverse customer requirements and associated compliance.
