Job Title: Assistant Softball Coach

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Softball Coach to join our team at the University of Mary Washington. As a key member of our coaching staff, you will assist the head coach in planning and executing practices and games, as well as recruiting and mentoring student-athletes.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the head coach with practice and game preparation
  • Recruit and mentor student-athletes
  • Develop and implement off-season training programs
  • Assist with fundraising and community outreach efforts

Requirements:

  • Experience coaching at the high school, college, or travel ball level
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
