Job Summary

Alamo Hospice is seeking a dedicated and compassionate CNA to provide high-quality patient care in Conroe and surrounding counties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized care, including bathing, grooming, and oral hygiene
  • Assist with dressing and undressing patients, ensuring their comfort and dignity
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, including grocery shopping
  • Feed patients and monitor their nutritional needs
  • Conduct regular skin checks to prevent tissue breakdown
  • Report patient condition and significant changes to the Case Manager

Requirements:

  • State certification as a nurse aide
  • Current CPR certification
  • Active listing on the state aide registry with a clear record
  • Age 18 or older, unless state law dictates otherwise
  • Valid driver's license with a vehicle insured according to state requirements
