Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic IT Director to lead our information technology department at Stardom Employment Consultants. The IT Director will be responsible for overseeing all IT operations, ensuring the alignment of technology initiatives with business goals, and driving the implementation of innovative solutions to enhance organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • IT Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives, ensuring a competitive edge in the market.
  • Technology Leadership: Provide leadership and direction for the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, and promoting a collaborative work environment.
  • Infrastructure Management: Oversee the management and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and data centers, ensuring high availability and reliability.
  • Cybersecurity: Ensure the security of the company's IT systems and data by implementing robust cybersecurity measures and protocols, protecting against potential threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage IT projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery, and maintaining a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring service level agreements are met, and optimizing vendor performance.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources, and aligning IT spending with business objectives.
  • System Integration: Oversee the integration of new technologies and systems with existing infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including data protection and privacy laws, and maintaining a high level of regulatory compliance.
  • User Support: Provide high-level support for IT-related issues, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption to business operations, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Training and Development: Oversee the training and development of IT staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to support the company's technology needs, and promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, and a proven track record of success in IT leadership.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and project management, and excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attributes: Strategic thinker, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities, with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
