**Job Title:** Financial Operations Director

Location: Alpharetta, GA

Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Financial Operations Director to join our executive team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and be able to drive financial performance.

The Financial Operations Director will oversee all financial operations, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, and financial reporting. This role requires a strong leader with excellent financial acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to support the company's growth and profitability goals.
  • Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and implementing effective internal controls.

**Estimated Salary:** $175,000 - $225,000 per year

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong financial analysis, strategic planning, and risk management skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
