Pine Canyon Club is seeking a highly skilled Dishwasher to join their team at Troon Golf. As a key member of the culinary team, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean, sanitize, and properly stock all dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and glassware.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the entire kitchen, including dry storage and walk-in cooler, sweeping, and mopping.
  • Empty the kitchen trash receptacles and properly dispose of garbage.
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods, and exhaust systems.
  • Store all dishes and other wares in their designated areas.
  • Incorporate safe work practices into job performance.
  • Clean, wash, and sanitize all dishes, and clean the kitchen after close.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must have experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Other Qualifications:
  • Regular and reliable attendance.
