Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at Hi-Cone, a leading supplier of plastic-based multi-packaging systems. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily maintenance tasks, including inspections, lubrications, and adjustments to ensure equipment is running smoothly.
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues with production equipment.
  • Collaborate with production personnel to identify and resolve equipment-related issues.
  • Conduct regular checks on building equipment, including pumps, chillers, compressors, and power systems.
  • Respond to emergency situations and work on off-shifts as required.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of trades training in electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic component repair.
  • Over 4 years of maintenance experience in a heavy manufacturing environment.
  • Forklift operation and control panel operation.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds for extended periods.
