About the Position
This is a full-time, travel position for a Physical Therapist (PT) who will be working in a Long-Term Care (LTC)/Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. As a PT, you will be responsible for providing individualized care to patients with varying levels of physical and cognitive abilities.
Salary Information
The estimated weekly payment for this position includes hourly wages, meal & incidental expenses, benefits, and housing expenses. We estimate the total weekly payment to be around $2,500-$3,000 per week, depending on your experience and qualifications. Please note that this is an estimate and may vary based on your individual circumstances.
Job Description
Your primary responsibilities as a PT will include:
• Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
• Providing one-on-one therapy sessions to patients with various conditions and impairments
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of patient progress

Requirements
To be eligible for this position, you must have a current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state where the facility is located. Additionally, you should have at least 1 year of experience working in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting. A bachelor's degree in physical therapy or a related field is also required.
