About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Research Intern to join our team at the Sunwater Institute. As a Product Research Intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge research on the most pressing issues facing Congress and society.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct research for the core market for each audience, including legislative staff, private sector public policy teams, researchers at think tanks, and legislative-focused media organizations.
  • Perform competitive analysis and identify gaps in the market that our congressional data platform, Legis1, is well-positioned to fill.
  • Work alongside full-time staff members to develop tools and resources that will be used by Congress and other partner institutions.
Requirements

We are looking for candidates with a strong academic foundation in political science, history, economics, philosophy, design, or related fields. Our program offers flexibility in hours and is open to current and recent undergraduate students.
