The Sales Associate is a key member of our retail team, responsible for driving store sales by providing exceptional customer service and support to the management team. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome customers with genuine enthusiasm and ask open-ended questions to determine their needs.
  • Communicate the product story, features, and benefits of jewelry and merchandise to customers.
  • Maintain excellent customer service by checking for customer understanding, listening to feedback, and informing them of our catalog, website, and mailing list.
  • Process register transactions accurately and efficiently.
