Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team at Soar Autism Center. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to children with autism and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy to children aged 2-6 in our clinic, adhering to the profession's high standards
  • Implement intervention plans crafted by our expert Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), ensuring alignment with ABA therapy principles
  • Foster relationships with families, consistently updating them on their child's progress within the ABA framework
  • Engage in ongoing training and development, keeping up-to-date with advancements in ABA therapy and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
Requirements
  • Strong preference for either enrollment in or completion of a degree program. Bonus for degrees in Child Development, Psychology, or related fields
  • Ability to achieve and maintain RBT certification (Soar will provide paid training)
  • Previous experience with children and enjoyment working with children
  • Ability to work on a team
